Nirmal means clear and pure, and that word guides everything we teach. Our school is on Laxman Chowk Road in Laxman Jhula, right by the holy river Maa Ganga, with the Himalayan hills all around. It is a peaceful place to study, practise and look inward.
We teach traditional Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, together with yoga philosophy, pranayama, mantra chanting and guided meditation. Our school also offers Ayurveda, yoga therapy and sound healing, so you can learn about the body, the breath and the mind in one place. Every course is simple, disciplined and honest.
We put depth before the show. We do not fill training days with photo shoots or constant posting, because your learning and growth matter more than appearances. Our aim is to help you become a skilled and thoughtful teacher who truly understands the techniques instead of only memorising them. You will work on your body, and you will also become more aware of your mind and your inner state.
Our mission is to share yoga in its authentic form, simple and meaningful rather than complicated or performative. Our vision is a place where seekers can grow, build discipline and bring lasting, positive change into their lives through yoga and the healing arts. Whether you come for a short break, for inner peace or to begin teacher training, we are here to guide you at every step.
